Refund & Cancellation Policy

Transparent policies for digital API services and subscriptions.

1. Digital Nature of Services

CloudAPI Hub provides digital API access and usage-based services. Once API access or credits are activated, the service is considered delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate or excess payment charged
  • Technical failure preventing API access
  • Payment deducted but service not activated

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • API credits partially or fully used
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Account suspension due to policy violations

4. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway timelines.
