You must be legally eligible to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
API access is provided on a subscription or usage-based model and is subject to documented rate limits and fair-usage policies. Abuse, reverse engineering, or resale of API access is prohibited.
Our services may rely on third-party infrastructure and upstream APIs. Availability, accuracy, and performance are not guaranteed and may vary depending on external providers.
Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways. All fees are listed clearly at the time of purchase. Taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the user.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Due to the digital nature of API credits, refunds may not be available once usage has commenced.
Services are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
CloudAPI Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
